A- Arrival
Beloved guests, welcome to DAS SCHÖNANGER!
You must be tired from the journey - we invite you to get as comfortable as home right away.
B- Bath and Shower Towels
will be changed upon request.
Please place the towels on the floor therefore.
Bathrobe
Are found on your closet in a basket.
Baguette Express
Our guests, who have NOT booked our breakfast buffet,
may take away some bread upon a small charge.
Bike Rental
Please inform us, if you’re interested to rent some bikes. We are happy to help you out!
Books
You will find a selection on the shelf on the 1st floor or in the basement.
The library by the swimming pool in Grainau is also free of charge for our guests.
We are happy to inform you about the opening hours!
Breakfast Buffet
Breakfast: 8 - 10 am
You may also take an earlier breakfast upon request.
Bus
The bus stop “Badersee” (local bus Grainau) is located right in front of our house on both sides.

C - Check out
Please clear your room by 10 am on your departure day.
Children’s toys
The toys in the yard are free of use of one’s own liability.
Complaints
Dear guest, we are always devoted to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible.
If there is anything that doesn’t suit you or appeal to you - please let us know, as we’re happy
to take care of the issue. Only then, we can improve our services!

You will find a computer with internet access on the 1st floor.
If you need any copies, scans, fax, etc. please let us know.
D-Departure
What a pity that you have to leave us already.
We ask you kindly to clear the rooms by 10 am.
Drinks
Various cooled drinks are in the cooler in the basement (bottom of the stairs, left).
Please note your consumption on the attached list including your room.
You will find glasses in the breakfast room or in the guest kitchen on the second floor.
The billing will be done upon departure.

and ironing board are stored on the second floor in the guest kitchen.

“Granderwater”
Our tab water, which originates in the mountains above Grainau, is revived through the
“Johann Grander” method and is exceptionally healthy to drink.
Guest Kitchen
You will find a small, but fully equipped guest kitchen for your use on the second floor.

Can be obtained upon request.

Hygienic articles
Have you forgotten your toothbrush or a different hygienic article?
You will find various items in the shelf on the first floor.
L-Luggage
Of course we are happy to help you with your luggage upon arrival or departure.
If you like to come earlier or leave later - we can store your luggage safely at our house.
M- Mattress
If the mattress is too hard for you, we will provide a mattress topper,
to enable a relaxing sleep for you.
N-Newspaper and magazines
On the first floor you can find a newspaper and magazine tray.

Directly by the house, or alongside the “Schönangerstrasse”
Payment
You may balance your billing cash, with your savings-, VISA- or MasterCard.
Pharmacy
The ZUGSPITZ APOTHEKE in Grainau is located by the lower “Dorfplatz” (town center) and there for you during opening hours.
We also help you find an emergency pharmacy in case it is closed.
Pillows
Additional pillows will be provided upon request.

Recycling
Dear guest, please help us by recycling.
Please don´t throw any waste in the garbage bin outside.
You will find a small bin in your room which is getting emptied daily by our staff.
We will take care of the waste separation for you.
Room Service
The rooms will be cleaned daily.
We change the sheets automatically once a week.
If you wish an extra replacement, please inform us.
A cleaning of the “ALM” appartment can be arranged upon request.
S- Safe
Is located in your wardrobe including a manual.
Sauna
The sauna is open daily until 9 pm. Please inform us an hour prior
to your intended use, so we can start preparing for you.

We are happy to offer you additional sheets and pillows upon request.

Our house is a non-smoking facility. Please smoke only on the balcony or outside on the patio

For sporting goods (skis, sled, bike, etc.) is accessible through the outside stairs to the basement or from the basement inside.
